About Us

Sarah Jane - Founder & Pilates Instructor

An actress from the Whitsundays who has always had a love of working out; rollerblading, walking along the water, stand up paddle boarding and then fell in love with reformer Pilates! After the decision to give up acting SJ studied mat work Pilates to then study reformer. "I fell in love with the working out on the floor more so. I felt mentally connected to my body, that I hadn't felt before. I stood taller and felt functionally stronger and lighter."

Outside of Pilates SJ loves gardening and cooking healthy nutritious meals. She’s mumma to one year old Brinlee Celeste & bonus step mumma to two girls and two boys, who all keep her and Dad on their toes!

Gunn - pilates, yoga and barre

Gunn loves sharing her passion for holistic movement and wellbeing with others. She keeps her classes fun, supportive and challenging - with emphasis on learning and tuning into what works best for each individual. She encourages mind body connection alongside embracing the spirit of coming together as a group for a class. Off the mat she's a mum of two girls, who loves getting active outdoors as well as spending quiet time in nature. 

Jacinta - Pilates, Barre & Dance Instructor

Jacinta comes with a wealth of knowledge; from having owned her own dance studio to running Pilates retreats. With nearly forty years of experience of teaching others to move their bodies with care & attention, she says “there is nothing more rewarding than sharing my knowledge to inspire others to move for a healthy mind, body, and heart!”

Jacinta’s classes have a huge emphasis on technique & variety, incorporating her love of Pilates, Barre, Chi Ball and Dance, to make classes flowing, challenging & safe.
