Jacinta comes with a wealth of knowledge; from having owned her own dance studio to running Pilates retreats. With nearly forty years of experience of teaching others to move their bodies with care & attention, she says “there is nothing more rewarding than sharing my knowledge to inspire others to move for a healthy mind, body, and heart!”
Jacinta’s classes have a huge emphasis on technique & variety, incorporating her love of Pilates, Barre, Chi Ball and Dance, to make classes flowing, challenging & safe.
