I started with Sarah Jane in 2019, about 6 months following some major abdominal surgery. Despite having previously been pretty strong through my core, I could no longer do a sit-up. Sarah Jane took the time to work with me through my recovery, modifying exercises to suit my needs and encouraging me to work to my best ability. Now that I have core strength again, she encourages me to keep improving my strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend Fun Fit Pilates for injury recovery, strength building, improving flexibility and improving posture.
