I was Referred by friends to attend a class... glad I took their advice! It’s been a month and there are no aches or pains anymore. I have been shown the correct way my body should stretch and bend. I could not think of a better way to assist with my health.... and the laughs in the class - haha helps with my T Zone. I have felt so comfortable since walking in the door to sign up. I have been going to classes at Fun Fit Pilates at least twice a week for two years. The classes are friendly and flexible enough to meet the needs of any level of fitness or flexibility. Great for my mental and physical health, and a great location!
Enjoying this journey with Sarah Jane. Have been seeing her every week for years and would not have come this far without Pilates, but especially her. Sarah Jane challenges you when you need it and is gentle when you need that as well.

Bloody amazing studio and have recommended her to so many people (some have even gone and love the studio as well). Started with the individual classes as she recommends and now go to 3-5 classes per week. It’s always a welcoming space that has made a huge improvement in my health, mobility and fitness.
I signed up for Sarah Jane’s Pilates classes with my daughter a few weeks ago. We did the one-on-one intro sessions to learn the basic positions outside of a group class and we’ve now started the group lessons. Sarah Jane explains things really clearly and it’s a very relaxed and friendly environment.
I have been attending Fun Fit Pilates with Sarah Jane for almost one year now and I have noticed HUGE improvements in my strength and posture! Sarah Jane is are the most lovely instructor - I’ve never felt more comfortable in a class, and most importantly it’s fun!
Having never done Pilates before, I have never felt so welcome and encouraged as I have been at Fun Fit Pilates. The group sessions are great workouts and felt like I belonged. Impressed by the professionalism by Sarah-Jane ensuring everyone’s needs in respect to their fitness levels are met and taking into account any injuries members may have. Certainly will be continuing my Pilates journey with Fun Fit.
I started with Sarah Jane in 2019, about 6 months following some major abdominal surgery. Despite having previously been pretty strong through my core, I could no longer do a sit-up. Sarah Jane took the time to work with me through my recovery, modifying exercises to suit my needs and encouraging me to work to my best ability. Now that I have core strength again, she encourages me to keep improving my strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend Fun Fit Pilates for injury recovery, strength building, improving flexibility and improving posture.
This is my 3rd year at Fun Fit Pilates and I love it. My balance, core and overall strength have improved so much! As I have osteoporosis I need to be careful and Sarah Jane makes sure I don't overdo it.
Sarah is a great instructor and Fun Fit is a friendly and happy studio. I would recommend if you're thinking of trying Pilates.
